$750USD per night for 4 guests
$30USD extra per night/per guest over 4 guests
$150USD Cleaning fee for entire stay
9% government required tax (just on nightly rate)
Discount for stays over 6 nights (7 nights plus)
Rates may vary during holidays and high season
Deposit Payment: A 3 nights deposit payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. Balance due payments should be done 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less 3% bank charges, if cancelled before the 60 days prior to your arrival. 50% refund if cancelled within the 59-30 days of prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled 29 or less days prior to arrival. There is also no refund on unused portion of stay or no show.
